Prices

At Oakmore Ltd. all prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK) and stated exclusive of VAT (moms) and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Subject to sold-out items.

Payment

Oakmore Ltd. accepts payment via Bank Transfer. All amounts are in DKK (Danish Kroner), and exclude VAT (moms). Subject to price errors and sold-out/discontinued items.

Shipping

Oakmore Ltd. ships with DHL.  Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified during the order.
Goods are delivered every weekday. 
For certain goods, special delivery conditions apply. The conditions will be specified before purchasing these items.

Right of withdrawal B2B

As a business customer, you do not have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Different terms can be agreed upon for each individual transaction (such as exchange options). You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without simultaneously notifying us. You must pay for the return of the package yourself, and you are responsible if any damage occurs during transportation.
When the buyer is a business entity, it is not considered a consumer purchase, and therefore, there is no right of withdrawal according to the law. This applies even if employees also use the phones privately.

We may withhold the payment until we have received the goods, unless you provide us with documentation proving that you have returned them.

Refund

If a refund is applicable, please provide your bank details, including account number and sort code, so that the agreed amount can be transferred. You can safely share this information via email or any other electronic means, as it is not sensitive and will only be used for the purpose of processing the refund.

Warranty right B2B

When you make a purchase with us as a B2B customer, the following rules apply to goods purchases.
We can offer a warranty for up to 24 months. (If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. / You must complain within a 'reasonable time' after discovering the defect. If you complain within 30 days after discovering the defect, the complaint will always be considered timely.)

The terms and additional services accompanying the purchase are agreed upon in each individual transaction, based on the price.

We only accept packages that are sent directly to the address.
When returning the item, please include a detailed description of the issue.  

Reimbursement

Should you regret your purchase, you will, of course, receive the amount you have paid to us refunded.
Should the item have diminished in value due to your actions, this decrease will be subtracted from the refund amount.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Privacy policy

When you make a purchase from us, we need the following information:
Name, adress, phone no. and email adress.

We record and disclose the personal information necessary to deliver the product to you.  

The personal information is registered with Oakmore Ltd. and is stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.  
We also collaborate with several other companies that store and process data. These companies only process information on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.

We only collaborate with data processors in the EU or countries that can provide sufficient protection for your information.  

The data controller at www.oakmore.dk is Bo Egeriis.  

You have the right to be informed about the information we process about you.
If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obligated to delete your personal data upon your request. This may be the case if your data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which we collected them.
