Prices<\/h4>

At\u00a0Oakmore Ltd.<\/span> all prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK) and stated exclusive of VAT (moms) and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Subject to sold-out items.<\/p>

Payment<\/h4>

Oakmore Ltd.<\/span> accepts payment via Bank Transfer. All amounts are in DKK (Danish Kroner), and exclude VAT (moms). Subject to price errors and sold-out\/discontinued items.<\/p>

Shipping<\/h4>

Oakmore Ltd.<\/span> ships with DHL. \u00a0Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified during the order.
Goods are delivered every weekday.\u00a0
For certain goods, special delivery conditions apply. The conditions will be specified before purchasing these items.<\/span><\/p>

Right of withdrawal B2B<\/strong><\/h4>

As a business customer, you do not have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Different terms can be agreed upon for each individual transaction (such as exchange options). You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without simultaneously notifying us. You must pay for the return of the package yourself, and you are responsible if any damage occurs during transportation.
When the buyer is a business entity, it is not considered a consumer purchase, and therefore, there is no right of withdrawal according to the law. This applies even if employees also use the phones privately.<\/p>

We may withhold the payment until we have received the goods, unless you provide us with documentation proving that you have returned them.<\/p>

Refund<\/h4>

If a refund is applicable, please provide your bank details, including account number and sort code, so that the agreed amount can be transferred. You can safely share this information via email or any other electronic means, as it is not sensitive and will only be used for the purpose of processing the refund.<\/p>

Warranty right B2B<\/strong><\/h4>

When you make a purchase with us as a B2B customer, the following rules apply to goods purchases.
We can offer a warranty for up to 24 months. (If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. \/ You must complain within a 'reasonable time' after discovering the defect. If you complain within 30 days after discovering the defect, the complaint will always be considered timely.)<\/p>

Reimbursement<\/h4>

Should you regret your purchase, you will, of course, receive the amount you have paid to us refunded.
Should the item have diminished in value due to your actions, this decrease will be subtracted from the refund amount.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.
